- Abstract
La-doped MnO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by a facile sol-gel method. Using XRD and SEM to analyze the structure and morphology of the obtained nano-MnO2, the results show that it exhibit -MnO2 crystal form with some amorphous structure and irregular granular morphology with size of 150-300 nm. Through electrochemical tests of CV and GCD, La-doped nano-MnO2 presents enhanced electrochemical capacitance with a specific capacitance of 168.7 F g-1, much higher than that of pure nano-MnO2 prepared at the same conditions.
