Abstract

The reasonable and accurate assessment of the development speed of the distribution network is very important for a country's power grid construction and power distribution. The comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network developed proposed in this paper can be applied to evaluate the development speed of distribution network in different regions and different development stages. We got eight factors which can comprehensive evaluate the distribution network development speed by analyzing the influencing factors on the development of distribution network. The evaluation system can be well used in the development speed of distribution network.
