Abstract

It is demonstrated an emerging measuring method of the Video Displacement Non-contact Measuring System. Through cameras and camcorders in mobile phones, the algorithm based on histogram characteristic of images is built and optimized in computing methods, obtaining displacement and deflection of the low-frequency-vibration structure.
