Abstract

The paper is devoted to the analysis of investments in water resources at the county level. In this article, the problem of the residents of the county facing insufficient supply of water for agricultural and household use is investigated. Advantage of the municipal public investment project of water supply in comparison with the project implemented by individual users (the commercial organizations) on their own is defined. This survey is illustrated on the case of Saratov region.
