Abstract

This paper selects the Evergreen apartment located in Kunming city of Yunnan province as the object of the research, dissecting its management system. The author makes an empirical analysis of the existing problems of the Evergreen apartment both from the inner and external management. Meanwhile, the author gives the reform conception and plans as well as some feasible suggestions about how to solve these problems in a new period, and tries to drop a hint about the problems of management and fund raising of the Homes for the elderly of our country.
