Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the concept, practice and achievements in the process of teaching team construction of programming course group. This paper puts forward the establishment of scientific teaching team structure system, enhances the cohesion and centripetal force of team members, establishes and perfects the guarantee mechanism of teaching team construction, and puts forward some plans for team building in the future.
