Inefficient gestures and expressions from teachers will add difficulty to their comprehension; 4) Multimodal teaching in some way activates classroom atmosphere and enhances the students' interest in learning, enhances the maintenance of students' memory in class, strengthens students' autonomous learning ability after classes and promotes their participancy in classroom activities. However it has not been confirmed that whether it will help improve the students' academic performance.
