Abstract

Deep learning, a learning method which deals with higher-order thinking and emphasize learners' ability to understand the learning content and build relationships between new and old knowledge autonomously in order to solve practical problems. Framed by the deep learning theory, conducted literature research method and combining current situation of high school English teaching and learning, this thesis is aimed at studying the effective teaching strategy in English of senior high, improving learners' autonomy, cultivating their lifelong learning ability and achieving effective learning.
