- Abstract
Vocational education that aims to prepare students to enter the workforce have to responsive and anticipatory to the demands of the world of work today and the future. Acceleration of science, technology and employment structure in national, regional and global context brings the consequences of the importance of 21st centuries skill mastery such as critical thinking & problem solving, creativity & innovation, communication, and collaboration. In addition to the mastery of expertise, important aspects of soft skills that need to be embedded include honesty, discipline, work ethic, responsibility, health, working in teams. Revitalization of vocational education in line with the demands of future qualifications, competencies, and human capital capabilities are keywords to do.
