Abstract

Low-carbon economy, as the economic development mode of a new era, is of great significance to the development of society with far-reaching influence. As low-carbon economy obtains more attention, the development of low-carbon-high-efficiency economy becomes the trend all over the world. For small and medium-sized enterprises which rely on the resource-consuming development mode, it will be harder for them to develop.
