- Abstract
Slot Inventory Control holds a core position in airline revenue management. The paper attempts to propose an optimal seats allocation model in airline alliance by the continuous expansion and in-depth cooperation of airlines. Centralization and decentralization in dynamic allocation processes are established to model the dynamic pricing process. Results indicate that optimal seats allocation can be set dynamically in airline alliance which is not controlled by airlines.
