The standardization and individuation of classroom teaching is a pair of contradictions. When the contradictions were to be deal with properly, we should really improve the quality of classroom teaching. Standardization is the basic requirements of classroom teaching, and individualization is the higher requirements of classroom teaching. Standardization and individualized unity is the ideal pursuit of classroom teaching.
