- Abstract
State-owned enterprises should explore the implementation of equity incentives based on the basic laws of modern enterprise management, comply with reform policies, and make scientific decisions on the selection of equity incentive objects, reform risk prevention and control, reform cost management and other important matters. This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the above issues, and considers and explores the specific design of the equity incentive plan, constructing from the aspects of equity incentive object, share price, shareholding ratio, shareholding mode, stock source, shareholding method, capital source, etc. The key element system is designed to provide decision-making reference for state-owned enterprises to scientifically and efficiently use equity resources, effectively stimulate team vitality, and optimize corporate governance systems.
