Abstract

In the context of rural revitalization, as the basic micro-main body of modern agricultural economic development, farmers’ professional cooperatives, on the one hand, undertake the historical mission of building a new agricultural management system, and on the other hand, they are committed to solving the risk problems faced by weak farmers. The importance is self-evident. It cannot be ignored that the institutional layout of cooperatives, which has the color of national mandatory embedding, also faces many uncertainties, that is, the problem of risk. On the basis of combing the previous literature, from both internal and external perspectives, the risks faced by farmers’ professional cooperatives are divided into internal organizational risks and management risks, external market risks and non-market external factor risks (including those with social attributes). Capital and natural disasters with natural attributes). Organizational risk is the fundamental risk faced by farmers’ professional cooperatives. Management risk is the specific operational risk. Market risk is the key risk that farmers’ professional cooperatives need to spend the most energy to solve. It also determines whether the embedded system of cooperatives can truly operate. Zhiyuan. The risks of non-market external factors (including capital with social attributes and natural disasters with natural attributes) have strong suddenness. Once they occur, they are likely to cause violent fluctuations in the prices of agricultural products, and top-level design and risk prevention should be carried out at the national system level. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward from the four perspectives of national system construction, agricultural product platform construction, agricultural product insurance system and the enhancement of cooperatives’ own capabilities.
