Abstract

The scientific level of the party’s leadership development is influenced by many factors. For instance, from the perspective of political leadership, it mainly depends on whether the party has established a sound mechanism for judging the economic situation, a sound decision-making mechanism and a sound decision-making consultation mechanism. From the perspective of ideological leadership, it mainly depends on whether the party has established a scientific ideological and political work mechanism, and whether it has established a perfect information release system and policy interpretation mechanism. From the perspective of organizational leadership, it mainly depends on whether party committees at all levels can correctly understand and creatively implement development decisions, whether they can take scientific measures to coordinate economic and social development as a whole, and whether they can flexibly and correctly handle problems arising from development.
