Abstract

In 2020, China suffered novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. Under the severe situation, the CPC Central Committee led the whole nation to work together to fight against the epidemic. Teachers and students in the universities should adjust their mentality quickly. Under the premise of good protection, they should make learning plans and make full use of the Internet platform to improve themselves. Universities and teachers should share high-quality curriculum resources and develop a network integrating new educational concepts and educational technology. The rapid development of information technology has a huge impact on people’s daily life, work and learning mode. 5g network realizes the interconnection of everything and promotes China to enter the mobile information era. Based on the current complex learning and living background, this paper studies the autonomous learning mode of College English and puts forward the construction strategy of the autonomous learning mode of College English. These measures will serve to cultivate excellent talents for the country under the new challenge.
