Abstract

The difficulty of college students’ employment has become a universal problem, which is especially prominent among medical students with strong speciality and narrow career choices. Based on the analysis of the employability, this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the development of the medical students’ employability, and puts forward a number of suggestions to improve the employability of the medical students in various ways.
