Abstract

The task of college counselors is heavy, and the quality of psychological education is difficult to guarantee. Faced with the increasing mental health problems of college students in higher vocational colleges, the introduction of SFBT technology into the psychological counseling system of colleges and universities can change the advantages of saving time, effort and effectiveness, and the breakthrough of the quality of psychological education in colleges and universities. Therefore, under the new situation, the psychological characteristics of the counseling objects should be opened up, and the training mode of college students' psychological counselors should be opened to explore the realization path of SFBT in college psychological education.
