Abstract

Social entrepreneurship involving solving social problems through commercials ways is now growing an innovative practice to break the market failure and governmental failure. There is increasing scholarly attention toward understanding how social enterprises manage their hybrid nature and achieve social impact. This study aims to review existing studies and propose future research directions.
