Abstract

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The quality of talent training is related to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream. Colleges and universities should adapt to the requirements of social development, enhance the Key competence of college students, Fostering New Age People . In order to promote college students' Key competence, we must combine the practice of educating people effectively, define the connotation and value of "college students' Key competency" and "practical education", attach importance to the dimensions of ontology, content and social environment. To explore new ways and methods of practicing and educating people.
