Abstract

With tightening of the national policy, network industry regulation gradually increase. The upcoming compliance rules brought net lending industry larger uncertainty and unknown. The author find out the common of platform, put forward the method to identify high-quality platform in view of the increasingly serious platform collapsed phenomenon in order to help investors to reduce the risk of credit investment.
