- Abstract
According to the actual needs of curriculum teaching, this paper carefully analyses the teaching objectives, explores the influencing factors of classroom teaching satisfaction based on network platform, constructs a theoretical model of classroom satisfaction, and further analyses the mechanism and evaluation methods of classroom learner satisfaction. This paper focuses on the analysis of the teaching application effect of the network platform flip classroom model in human resources management course. Through the analysis, this paper believes that the network platform flip classroom model can strengthen the cultivation of students'learning ability.
