Abstract

Government online services can effectively improve the efficiency of public services, with the continuous development of social public affairs, accurate assessment and continuous improvement of government online service capacity is becoming increasingly important. This paper uses AHP analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the government's online service capability in 338 cities in China by designing evaluation index system and establishing online service index. It reflects the good trend of increasing the coverage and depth of e-government online service, diversification of methods, and systematization of one-stop online service in China. It exposes that the gap of online service level is still large, and provides a reference for the further development of online service of our government.
