- Abstract
The evaluation mechanism of the administrative license is a system which is clearly formulated by the Administrative License Law. It comprehensively measures and evaluates the standardization and satisfaction of the administrative license to determine whether the administrative license should continue. Establish an effective evaluation system for administrative licensing standards is of great significance for the improvement of the effectiveness of administrative licensing. Promote the normalization of administrative licensing by standardization, and accelerate the construction of an administrative licensing system with complete systems, scientific standards and effective operation that are satisfactory to the people. This paper combines the theory and specific practice of China's administrative licensing evaluation system, and analyzes some problems in the evaluation system, such as the single evaluation subject, the evaluation index system is not specific, the evaluation time is too general, and the evaluation procedure is not perfect, and so on. Then, according to the existing problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the evaluation system. hoping to provide powerful and scientific basis for dynamic monitoring of administrative licensing efficacy.
