- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and examine how legal protection to health consumers from medical malpractice actions taken by health workers. This type of research used in this study is normative legal research. This normative legal research is carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. Normative legal research examines the law conceptualized as a norm or rule of law that applies. The results showed that legal protection to health consumers from medical malpractice actions was not optimal because there was still malpractice.
