Abstract

Regarding the RV speed reducer with the transmission of the cycloid gear as the research object,using the powerful parametric design function of Pro/Engineer5.0 is to accurately create the parametric model of the internal gear and the pin gear of the RV reducer. Then making using of ANSYS Workbench15.0 to imitate the transmission process of analyzes contact strength of cycloid gear between them, which provides a powerful reference for the analysis and evaluation.
