- Abstract
To effectively manage and control the cost of flue-cured tobacco has a strong theoretical significance and practical guidance. Firstly, the concept of the sensitivity of tobacco production cost index is introduced, and the sensitivity analysis model of tobacco production cost index is established. Secondly, the model is used to calculate the elasticity of each variable of flue-cured tobacco production cost. The effectiveness of the method is proved by a case study. Finally, how to use this model to control production cost of flue-cured tobacco is discussed.
