Abstract: In this review, the quarter-life crisis, a significant challenge in an individual’s life, closely tied to personal experiences and existential concerns. The concept of ‘aql, as an internal strength and philosophical foundation as well as power of thinking and human spirit. Neuropsychology is a tool to identify relation between mind and human behavior in order to cope the issue of human health. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Interdisciplinary method was used for this research’s systematic review. We browsed a variety of academic studies that had been published in English-Indonesia language, published in Elsevier and Semantic Scholars that examine quarter life crisis, ‘aql and neuropsychology. The literature search generated a total of 4585 publications. After removing duplicates and screening titles, abstracts, and full-text evaluation, there were 56 articles were included in the final analysis. The results were validated and examined. There were possible integrating of the philosophical insights of ‘aql with the practical approaches of neuropsychology to develop a comprehensive strategy for navigating and mitigating the impacts of the quarter-life crisis.
