- Abstract
This article analyzes the PSR model’s features and limitations in assessing urban stability and presents an urban earthquake resistance evaluation system adopting the PSIR model, adding the “impact” factor to assess the robustness of cities. By evaluating the seismic resilience of Harbin from 2021 to 2021, this article analyzes the changes in resilience levels and looks forward to the future application scope and professional improvement of the model.
