- Abstract
This paper aims at analysing the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to equipment maintenance. The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional approach to equipment maintenance and the reliability-oriented approach are considered. The purpose of the study is to attempt to analyze the application of approaches inherent in predictive analytics to the methodology of reliability-oriented equipment maintenance. The analysis proved the feasibility of using predictive analytics methods in the overall digitization of processes.
