The basis of sustainable socio-economic development of the country is the rational use of labor resources, providing the population with healthy and affordable food. The achievement of this goal involves preserving the number and improving the quality of the rural population, ensuring the growth of the capital-labor ratio, the development of the organizational and economic mechanism of interaction between producers and consumers of agricultural products.
