Abstract

The article considers the identification of students’ ideas about the professionally important qualities of a qualified psychologist and the compliance of his/her own personality traits with the help of the modified method “Personal Differential” developed by C. Osgood. As a result of the analysis of the psychologist’s dominant qualities identified by students, the profile of the personality of a qualified psychologist in the representation of students from the border regions of Russia and Kazakhstan is presented.
