Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the development stages of the immunity institution of the deputies of legislative (representative) bodies in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The paper also devotes sufficient attention to the analysis of opinions on the effectiveness of this institution, because the issues of sustainable development require strong political institutions.
