Abstract

The article considers the problems arising in law enforcement practice during the insolvency (bankruptcy) procedure of legal entities. Their main activity is the management of apartment buildings. In particular, the article focuses on the lack of uniformity in understanding the legal nature of one of the most liquid assets of such a debtor, which are the public receivables for utility payments.
