Abstract

The application of high-temperature-resistant fiber grating in the field of sensing is introduced in the paper. The basic sensing principle of fiber grating as the sensor is expounded. Fabricating method, high temperature characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the main high-temperature-resistant fiber are introduced. The application of high-temperature-resistant fiber grating is pointed out and its development prospect is also discussed.
