Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of the spiritual leadership enrolled by the Elementary School’s principals in managing school program to succeed in accordance with the goals set with teachers. The method used in this research is qualitative approach, using observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted before and during school programs are implemented because the spiritual effectiveness is associated to work hardly and intelligently based on spiritual values. The implication of this research is the importance of belief and awareness of the elementary school teachers in applying spiritual values in order to perform their functions.
