- Abstract
Every organization has its own goals and it could only be realized through the active role of all employees. Those employees are expected to work diligently and perform well. Teachers as the employee of schools should also give their best performance at work. This study was conducted to discover the influence of organizational behavior and work discipline on teacher work performance at public junior high school. The research method used is descriptive and verification method, with the questionnaire as the data collection technique, given to 54 teachers at public junior high school. After data were being collected, they were analyzed by regression analysis. The result showed that there is a significant influence of organizational behavior and work discipline on teacher’s work performance.
