Abstract

Inflation is a challenge for all economic sectors, one of which is sharia financial system, the purpose of this study is to see the effect of financing on inflation in Indonesia which is divided into four independent variables namely financing based on rupiah currency, business field, not business field and type of contract used . The data used are inflation data from the National Statistics Agency 2014-2016, and data on the development of financing that is published by the Financial Services Authority 2014-2016. The research method used is quantitative research method with multiple regression analysis technique. The result of data analysis shows that financing based on rupiah currency, business field, not business field and contract type together can influence inflation with value of F table > F table (23,372> 2,52), Ho is rejected, and partially related Is negative when the financing is moving up it will decrease inflation because the existing financing in sharia banking is more oriented to the real sector and more resilient than the crisis.
