Abstract

PT. Aneka Regalindo is engaging company in furniture manufacturing that had experienced a decline in production output significantly over last 10 years, especially in 2009 until 2015 because one of the factors that cause is decreasing in productivity and performance of employee particularly existence the gap between the standards of compensation applied by the government with their income that they have obtaining every month eventually, it leads to job satisfaction and job motivation of employees. Job satisfaction and job motivation are very important to note either by the superior or company because those create positivlysituation in the work environment of company that have affect to performance. The purpose of this research is examining the influencing of job satisfaction and job motivation toward performance through organizational commitment of production department employee PT. Aneka Regalindo rattan unit. The research method is quantitative explanatively. The finding result with path analysis are concluding that job satisfaction and job motivation have influencing toward performnace significantly. But in separately, job satisfaction has not influencing toward performance through organizational commitment. Otherwise, job motivation has influencing toward performance through organizational commitment of production departement employee PT. Aneka Regalindo.
