- Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the validity of The General Election Commission (KPU) Regulation Number 20 of 2023 concerning Amendments to KPU Regulation Number 15 of 2023 concerning General Election Campaigns which regulates the use of state facilities in the campaign as a follow-up to the Constitutional Court Decision Number 65/PUU-XXI/2023. The research was conducted through a normative method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The analysis uses a deductive approach, focusing on the principles of legal certainty as well as the principles of justice and fairness in the General Principles of Good Governance and KPU Regulations. The results show that the regulation has fulfilled the principle of legal certainty in accordance with the general principles of good governance but does not fulfill the principles of justice and fairness.
