- Abstract
Along with the rapid economic development, the types and quality of public services provided by the government have been gradually improved. Improving the level of public services is not only a realistic demand of citizens but also a key concern of the government. Therefore, it is necessary to study the situation of public services and public service satisfaction. This paper uses CGSS data to identify the impact of public service provision on citizens’ social attitudes through factor analysis, multiple linear regression, and other methods. It also finds that public service provision can positively contribute to citizens’ well-being and social equity. These findings have some implications for the government in improving public services.
