Abstract

To purpose of development and promotion of human welfare, a solid foundation of international security is essential. However, in the past history, the longed international security has been challenged by various threats in different forms and extents constantly; correspondingly and simultaneously, venerable predecessors in fields particularly of International Relationship keep focusing on the cause, influence, and solution of those threats. To continue this unfinished work, a panoramic view to the cause influences and possible solution upon two threats--1) controversy in the concept of Responsibility to Protect 2) Pathetic media control and manipulation is presented in this essay; to the promotion of R2P framework, solutions is founded in the field of Science and Technology (S & T).
