A Review of the Impact of Mindfulness on Employee Innovation Behavior

- Abstract
In recent years, both from the perspective of research and practice, mindfulness has attracted more and more attention. Mindfulness, the ability to shift perspectives, and the suppression of distractions from irrelevant thoughts and emotions are all indispensable drivers of innovation. This paper reviews and summarizes previous studies by means of literature review, and finds that most research results prove that there is a positive correlation between mindfulness and innovation behavior, while some studies put forward different views. Faced with the ambiguous results of the impact of mindfulness on innovation behavior, based on the theoretical structure and empirical research results, this paper further summarizes the mechanism of the interaction between mindfulness and innovation behavior, and proposes further prospects for future research.
