- Abstract
Fighting COVID-19 is the common responsibility of all countries in the world. At present, China has accumulated a lot of experience in fighting the pandemic and in the normal situation of pandemic prevention and control. In order to optimize the public health event management system, improve prevention and control capabilities, to China’s emergency management system as the research target, using the method of “structure–function” theory, to explore China’s economic, political, and social support system integration and culture model of operation mechanism, vent provides suggestions for further optimization of public health.
