Abstract

Government procurement of public services from social organizations is an important way to promote the transformation of government functions and service-oriented government construction. At present, it is still in the exploratory stage. Government procurement of public services from social organizations to promote the construction of the transformation of government functions and service-oriented government is becoming the main means of innovation of public service provision.
