- Abstract
With the rise and development of the new public management, nonprofit organizations have become an important force in providing public services. In the global administrative revolution from the public administration to public management, nonprofit organizations have become the main body in the regional public management. Due to the popularity of the new public management and the depth of regional public administration in different regions, nonprofit organizations are also rising gradually in China. With the transition of the economic system and the transformation of government functions, multi-governance model of public management is forming; nonprofit organizations play an irreplaceable role in the social and public management and public service. Nonprofit organizations have an important influence in the development of governments to improve the regional public management.
