- Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative research is to investigate the significant influence of the principal’s transformational leadership towards teachers’ collective efficacy. Data from 86 teachers were collected from two secondary schools located in the rural area of Kanowit, Sarawak, Malaysia. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to analyse the influence of the four dimensions of principal’s transformational leadership towards teachers’ collective efficacy. The result shows that the principal’s transformational leadership significantly influence teachers’ collective efficacy.
