- Abstract
This paper intends to explain the dynamics within the life of Gayo coffee farmers during COVID-19 pandemic that is currently happening globally. We argued that these farmers are experiencing dilemmatic conditions during COVID-19 pandemic. However, coffee farmers in Gayo have the choices that they can take to survive with the hopes that COVID-19 will soon be over. With several challengens and obstacles on their main livelihood, they develop varieties of income sources and survive with their current moral and economic ethics.
