- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a project-based learning model on students’ learning activities and outcomes in the geography subject of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Kedondong. This was a pre-experimental study using a one-group pre-test-post-test design. Subjects were her 27 students in class XI IPS 1. Data were collected through observation, testing, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using linear regression with a t-test to identify differences in student learning activity and significant differences in student learning outcomes before and after treatment. As a result, significant differences were found in student activity and learning outcomes after applying project-based learning in geography subjects. Student learning activities and learning outcomes improved.
