Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students’ critical thinking skills in triangular and quadrilateral material. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with the sample research involved 104 students, grade VII students of state junior high school 30 Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique used is a written test consisting of two essay questions. The results of this study indicate that indicators of critical mathematical thinking skills, students’ critical thinking skills of mathematics, especially in the analysis, evaluation, and indicators of mathematical inference of students in SMP Negeri 30 Bandar Lampung are still relatively low.
